NGO Desk is a donation management platform for NGOs, charities, mosques, churches and community groups. It combines a Donation Management System (DMS) for your team — donors, donations, beneficiaries, campaigns, expenses, volunteers and reports — with a public network where donors and volunteers find verified organizations, plus Android and iOS apps.
Who is NGO Desk built for?
Any organization that collects and spends donations: orphan and widow sponsorship programs, mosques, churches and madrasas, schools and hospitals, relief and emergency appeals, and community welfare groups. Donors and volunteers use it for free.
Is NGO Desk free for donors and volunteers?
Yes. Registering as a donor, tracking your donations and applying as a volunteer are completely free. Only NGOs that run their operations on the platform pay a subscription.

How do I register my NGO and how long does it take?
Fill in the NGO registration form, choose a package and create your admin login, then confirm your email. Launch-offer and trial sign-ups are active straight away; card payments activate the moment the payment succeeds; bank transfers are activated once our team confirms your payment proof.
Can I use my own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and pick your theme colours in Settings — your DMS, mobile app, emails and public profile all switch to your branding instantly. A one-click Reset branding brings back the default theme any time.
Can different staff see different data?
Yes. Admins see everything in your organization. Group Managers only see the donors, donations, beneficiaries and expenses of the groups they manage. Volunteers only get their own volunteer portal.
How do I donate to an NGO on NGO Desk?
Open any active campaign and give by card in your own currency, or register as a donor with an NGO to start a monthly sponsorship — you'll see the NGO's bank and wallet accounts on the form and upload your payment screenshot.
How can I check that my donation was received?
Use Track donation on the website (or the Track tab in the app). Enter your CNIC or the donation's tracking number to see every donation recorded for you, with the NGO, purpose, amount and a link to the receipt. You'll also receive a thank-you email when an NGO records your donation.
Can donors outside Pakistan give?
Yes. Card donations are processed securely through Safepay, and amounts are shown in the visitor's local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AED, SAR and more).
How do I become a volunteer?
Choose an NGO, fill in the volunteer form with your ID card copy and set your password. Once the NGO approves you, sign in to the volunteer portal or app to log your activities and receive tasks from the NGO.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — NGO Desk for Android and iOS. Admins, group managers and volunteers sign in to manage their work on the go, with push notifications, camera uploads for CNICs and receipts, one-tap WhatsApp reminders and Excel/PDF reports. Anyone can browse NGOs, campaigns and track donations without signing in.
Does the app work with my web account?
Yes. Use the same email and password. Everything you do in the app appears instantly on the web DMS and vice versa.
How is our data protected?
Every NGO's data is isolated from every other NGO, all traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and you can turn on 2-step verification with an authenticator app. Every upload is security-scanned, every login is recorded, and sensitive actions are written to an audit log.
Can we export our data?
Yes. Donations, unpaid donors and expenses export to Excel, and the financial statement and monthly summary export to Excel and PDF or print directly — your data is always yours.
