What is NGO Desk?

NGO Desk is a donation management platform for NGOs, charities, mosques, churches and community groups. Your team runs everything from the Donation Management System (DMS) on the web and the NGO Desk app for Android and iOS, while donors and volunteers find you on our public network of verified organizations.

Is NGO Desk only for organizations in Pakistan?

No. Each NGO chooses its own country and currency (36 are supported), visitors see amounts in their own currency, and international supporters can donate by card. Local bank transfers and mobile wallets such as JazzCash and EasyPaisa are supported for donors nearby.

How does NGO Desk keep NGOs accountable to donors?

Every donation gets a tracking number donors can look up, donors receive a thank-you email when their donation is recorded, campaign pages show live raised-vs-target progress, and NGOs can print a full financial statement of everything received and spent.

How are NGOs verified?

Every NGO registration is reviewed by our team before it appears in the public directory. Donor sponsorships are backed by a CNIC or national ID and payment proof, and volunteers are approved by the NGO they apply to.

Is our organization's data safe?

Each NGO's data is isolated from every other organization, connections are encrypted over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, 2-step verification is available for every user, uploads are security-scanned and every sign-in is recorded.

Does NGO Desk have a mobile app?

Yes. The NGO Desk app for Android and iOS gives admins, group managers and volunteers their own home screens with push notifications, camera uploads and reports, and lets anyone browse NGOs, campaigns and track donations.
