How much does NGO Desk cost?
NGO Desk costs $19.99 per month, $119.94 for 6 months or $239.88 per year, shown in your local currency. Every package includes the complete platform — the web DMS, the Android and iOS apps and your public profile — with no feature tiers or hidden fees.
What is included in every package?
Everything: donations and donor commitments, orphans, widows, institutions and your own beneficiary types, groups with group managers, fundraising campaigns with public pages and card donations, expenses with receipts, the financial statement and monthly summary, volunteers and tasks, unlimited staff, your own branding, the mobile apps, 2-step verification and support.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. If you register on a paid package and choose to pay by bank or wallet, your NGO gets 30 days of full access straight away while you arrange payment. Card payments activate your package immediately.
How can we pay?
Pay by debit or credit card through Safepay for instant activation, or by bank transfer, JazzCash or EasyPaisa and upload your payment proof — our team confirms it and activates your package. International organizations can pay via Wise.
What happens when our package is about to expire?
We email your organization 30 days before, 7 days before and on the expiry day. Your admin can renew from the Subscription page on the web or in the app. If it lapses, staff are paused until the admin renews — your data is never deleted.
Are there limits on staff, donors or records?
No. Every package includes unlimited staff accounts and unlimited donors, beneficiaries, groups, campaigns, volunteers, expenses and donations.
Is the mobile app included?
Yes. The NGO Desk app for Android and iOS is included at no extra cost for your admins, group managers and volunteers.
Do donors or volunteers pay anything?
No. Donors and volunteers register, give, track donations and log activities completely free.
Can we export our data?
Yes, any time. Donations, unpaid donors and expenses export to Excel, and the financial statement and monthly summary export to Excel and PDF.
Can we use our own logo and colours?
Yes. Upload your logo and choose your colours in Settings — your DMS, app, emails and public profile switch to your branding instantly, and you can reset to the default theme with one click.
